GE Oil&Gas Pressure Control Sales Leader Andean Region. Work Location: Bogota, Colombia.

Nivel académico:
Ingeniero Mecánico o parecido, de preferencia con MBA o parecido.

Funciones:

  • The Sales Leader is responsible for leading and strategically growing sales for the Andean Region (Peru, Ecuador, etc.) with focus on increasing customer satisfaction, share, margin contribution, pricing, and driving process effectiveness. Develop effective relationships and processes with Regional Ops and Commercial teams.
  • Identify, promote and exploit product and market development opportunities.
  • Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers.
  • Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
  • Integrate information tools resources, and activities within the region.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction evaluation, plan, and follow through on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback.
  • Provide specific account leadership, plans, and actions to assure that GE wins profitable business and services sales within the assigned countries and customers.
  • Actively lead and develop team members in their professional development.    

Requerimientos:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or similar engineering from an accredited university.
  • +6 years min. of experience in operations, commercial management, sales management in the Oil & Gas Industry and products.
  • Excellent communication Skills / Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Strong self driven & «can do attitude», strong customer focus, deep knowledge about the surface products and clients in the region.
  • Strong leadership and self commitment to make the market growth and expand the commercial leadership in the country.
  • Desired Characteristics: MBA graduated, API certified.

Sales Manager SouthAmerica (basado en Colombia/Ecuador).

Ingeniero Mecánico o parecido, de preferencia con MBA o parecido.

Funciones:
This position demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization by covering the Colombia, Andean Region, Brazil & Argentina markets, in their growth and market expansion, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Requerimientos:

  • BS Mechanical Engineering or similar, 10 yrs. of experience in sales, commercial operations, field services in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent communication skills / Bilingual (English / Spanish).
  • Strong commercial knowledge and skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management, highly oriented to results and strategical mindset
  • Strong knowledge of the Oil & gas industry and customers.
  • Desired Characteristics: MBA graduated;  Certification in Commercial or Sales Management; API certification or knowledge.
